Once you become a client of JD&Co, you will have unique access to our Job Management System via our company’s website. We have found this to be a valuable tool at store level. It allows the store personnel to inform their customers at all times as to the status of the repair 24/7. Once logged in, you will have the ability to view your store repair information with the following:

  • Job Numbers
  • Date In
  • Due Date
  • Date Estimate Sent
  • Date Estimate was approved/Declined
  • Ship Date
  • Last Location in our facility
  • Waiting Auth (checked if estimate needs to be approved/declined)
  • Rush (checked for Rush Job)
